Terms of use
These terms apply to the mobile apps and web tools published by TOK Group Limited (“the apps”). By downloading or using the apps, you agree to them.
1. Use of the apps
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the apps on devices you own or control, in line with these terms and the rules of the App Store or Google Play. Please do not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell the apps.
2. Not professional advice
The apps are estimation and record-keeping tools. They do not provide tax, legal, financial or other professional advice. Results are estimates based on the information you enter and on rules that may change. Before making decisions, please check with the relevant authority or a qualified professional.
3. Purchases and subscriptions
Paid features and subscriptions are sold through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
4. Your data
Content you enter is stored on your device, and you are responsible for keeping backups. How we handle information is explained in our privacy policy.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep the apps reliable, but we cannot guarantee they will always be available or free of errors. We may update, change or discontinue features.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the apps are provided “as is”, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made based on results shown in the apps. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986 or other law that cannot be excluded.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the apps after a change means you accept the updated terms.
